ARENYXA Terms of Service & Payout Policy

1. Squad Leader Sole Beneficiary Payout Policy

The Squad Leader is the sole account owner responsible for initiating squad registration and paying the match entry deposit. Consequently, 100% of all earned match prize funds (1st Place Winner, 2nd Place Runner-Up) are credited exclusively to the verified Squad Leader's ARENYXA Wallet (reg.leaderUserId).

ARENYXA's financial contract exists strictly with the Squad Leader. Any internal prize sharing among squad teammates is managed privately by the squad leader outside the platform. ARENYXA does not intervene in or arbitrate internal team distribution disputes.

2. PUBG Character UID Verification & Anti-Ringer Policy

Each PUBG Character UID (externalUid) is unique across the platform (@@unique([gameProviderId, externalUid])). All 4 squad members participating in a match must be registered with their exact PUBG Character UIDs and In-Game Names (IGNs).

Using unauthorized substitutes, ringers, or unregistered PUBG UIDs during a match will result in immediate squad disqualification and forfeiture of entry fees and prize eligibility.

3. Single Active Squad Leadership Policy

A user account can act as the active Leader of only 1 active squad at any given time. The platform restricts a user from creating or becoming a leader of another squad unless their existing squad leadership is deactivated by a Super Admin.

Squad leaders may, however, join secondary squads as a regular teammate/member (role = 'MEMBER') to play in separate match events.

4. Wallet Cashouts & Tax Invoice Audit

Wallet prize balances can be withdrawn via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer. All withdrawal requests and deposit billing records are subject to Super Admin audit verification. Itemized printable GST/VAT tax invoices are automatically generated for all match deposits.
